I'm not running across those articles, but I would suggest that those who 
do find them fire off a short, informative and polite e-mail to the author 
or editor suggesting the 'typographical error' be corrected.

I think I had success with that last year when so many where referring to 
OpenDocument as OpenDoc.  I think I wrote a couple dozen.

It will take a few months to stomp out the problem as articles and article 
summaries get distributed and redistributed, but corrections do not.
