Knowing the BSI, it's likely a. something completely out of left field 
that no-one else spotted, b. not something that can just be skipped past.

I guess it's possible that it's something people here identified, but my 
money personally will be on something only a standards body would 
complain about. Given they apparently weren't happy about OpenDocument, 
it might be that process gave them some ammunition they're now using 
against OXML. There's a nice irony about that scenario...
