That is fairly clear from the spread sheet with translated and non-translated
features they publish (the '-' are not-translated). I pull Jean Goffinet in the
discussion here.

If you really want to design an intermediate format, then I think it should
have a different extension to reduce user confusion. I propose .odtx .odsx
and .odpx ;-)

I am not yet convinced that it is a good idea to add an intermediate format,
but the more "open" it gest, the more acceptable that may be.
