Yes and rather more tactfully.  The term 'booster' is probably more 
appropriate in Miguel's case, though, who's to know for sure here.

But Rob Weir addresses only the factual errors in isolation, not the 
question of why the same constellation of mistakes, ommissions and bits of 
disinformation keep popping up around the world, nor as to their origin. 
Or why someone with the position and experience to know otherwise would 
choose to so publicly repeat just those same mistakes, ommissions and bits 
of disinformation.

Boosters, if we shall stick with that term, were able to cause a nice dent 
in Netware usage (1) about 2000 - 2001, in part because Novell did 
nothing until it was all over.  We are making our choice now.

(1)  Warning, anecdote: There were lots of rumors and stories on the same 
theme circulating around Denmark (where I was at the time) predicting the 
EOL of Netware.  I pursued about a half dozen at the time and found them 
attributable to different MS Windows admins in different IT departments as 
well as a couple of MS consultants, and that made it clear to me what to 
keep an out for in the future.  The article below scratches the surface:
