Wow. It was the most stridently opposed at the contradiction phase, the only
NB that raised a contradiction on grounds that the proposed standard created
unnecessary obstacles to international trade, the only applicable criteria
in the Agreement on Technical Barriers to Trade. IIRC, much of its argument
was drawn directly from and linked to the EOOXML Objections document on
Grokdoc.

So I smell a rat in the woodpile on this one.
