[odf-discuss] Compilation of Country Votes

It would be good to have the map also identify the P Member nations, perhaps
by embedding the letter "P" within each such nation's borders or by
half-toning the colors in the non-P Member nations. Along with a footnote
explaining the significance of the P-Member votes, perhaps linked to Andy
Updegrove's article for more detail.
