Poland would normally be voting no, but there is another committee of
unknown composition that will have the final say:

Hopefully, KT 182 is not stacked against open standards and will uphold
KT 171's recommendation to vote NO to MOOX.

I saw a comment that Norway is likely to vote NO.

Finland appears to be abstaining.
