Why not call it by it's official name ?

Isn't that simply "Workplace" (which I undestand is a "closed source"
IBM product, part of Notes, based on OO.o code that was forked from
the OO.o project under the SISL license) ? And yes, Workplace will
support ODF (and many other formats).

If I understand well, there are in the order of 120,000,000 seats of
Notes around, so if the new version of Notes will support ODF, that
will have some impact on the installed base of ODF capable tools.
