I missed that before too. I wonder if it's a new page? Anyway, it needs to
be added to the list of resource sites to check when updating the
Fellowship's Precedent page. It has lots of government adoption decisions we
don't have. That list is in the "Working Notes" section of the Precedent
page's outline file.
