One thing that would help there would be putting some sematically 
significant strings in the anchor elements.  Specifically, use a word or 
phrase that you would prefer search engines associate with the URL in the 
HREF attribute, rather than 'this article' or 'this link' or 'click 
here'.

As far as the link aggregation for ODF goes, it's useful that we have 
relevant links available on our site, too:
 	http://opendocumentfellowship.org/news

We now have a few years worth of links and are starting to get into a 
volume where some kind of searching / browsing capabilities would help. 
It could be as simple as a parallel list kept in a primitive ODF-database 
that folks can download and use in the app of their choosing.
