Note that both of them are quite out of date - eg., the OpenXML
DublinCore support is arguably more complete than ODF's now (eg.,
Extended DC). We probably need to update those documents.

The format is currently being called Ecma Office Open XML. EOOXML is
quite long, OXML is a reasonable abbreviation.
