More details on the Philippines schools program. An earlier article said
they were distributing a CD that included Fedora, OOo, and Scribus. The new
article says the Commission on Information and Communications Technology's
PCs for Public Schools Programme is deploying some 12,000 personal computers
running OpenOffice.org to 1,200 high schools. <
