Apologies if I'm mistaken here, but wasn't that just a screenshot of
Konqueror with an embedded KOffice?

We can build an ODF plugin for any browser I guess, but that's a totally
different thing to an "XML renderer". We don't really have the
technology for the latter even now (at least, there isn't anything
specified like that).
