This is exactly the direction that I think makes sense (for both Firefox 
and the OpenDocument Fellowship!)

Martin's graphic of Konqueror rendering an ODT file also captures the 
direction. [Albeit I am not clear if it is a current capability or an 
artist's impression. Would be interesting to hear more.]

I am ready to work with anyone who is also interested to prepare a 
proposal for Firefox 3 .... noting that my key expertise is strategic 
marketing, not coding.
