We have just started the proposal stage, and hope to finish it
late-2006/earliy-2007. ODF 1.2 is scheduled for mid-2007.

Yes and no. We're planning to use RDF, so it's designed for this sort
of extensibility. It wouldn't make sense to express vCard in DC. OTOH,
it would be possible to use CC in DC.
