I've kind picked up that kind of impression, but it would be really useful 
for the Foundation to be able to point to a document or two which says 
something like that outright.  Most people can't connet two dots, let 
alone three.  ;)

Yes, that's a second question: what happens after Ecma rubberstamps MOOX ?
It seems that ISO generally doesn't choose two standards to do the same 
thing.  Is ODF home free in that regard, yet?
