Your non-tabular vision is displaying a bit blurry on my monitor so
I'm not really understanding it. :-)  It may be preferable but I can't
tell. But another option that might conceivably combine the two would
be to link the name of the person whose taken on the task to their bio
on another page. That would be pretty simple to implement if we were
working with a wiki. I don't know whether you have a bit of magic to
apply with Drupal that would simplify the task. Some CMS have plug-ins
that let you work with wiki syntax for linking. I don't know if Drupal
does, but could check if you'd like me to.
