If we do a table format I can add some Javascript that lets you sort by
any column. So, it could start out alphabetical, and then you click on
"target completion date" and it resorts the page by date.
But I think we should figure out whether we want a table format at all.
It does feel impersonal. It fear it might miss the goal if giving ODF a
personal angle.

A DONE section is a good idea, and I don't think it depends on a tabular
format at all.
