I've taken a close look recently at the Agreement on Technical Barriers to
Trade and at the Agreement on Government Procurement. In these two there
is some ambguitity in the definition of international standard and
international standards organization.

Is the EU's definition of open standard being used?

How about the definition of international standards organization?
Obviously, ISO is one, but what about IEC or OASIS or Ecma?
