I wonder if 60 Minutes or some other program would be interested in all
that. Without the details it's hard to know just how much effort is being
wasted, but if it's significant maybe the US government's fraud, waste and
abuse bounty program is still active.
Maybe online sources like Wired, TheInquirer.net or TheGuardian.co.uk
might be interested.
Maybe nothing bad is going on, but it would be useful to have a comparison
of Xena and NARA's Lockheed-Martin project.
