More than that. *No* document uses every feature that ODF supports.
Think about that... when was the last time that you saw a document that
included a word processing document, a spreadsheet, a presentation,
vector graphics, animations, frames, track changes, encryption, math
formulae, database objects, Xforms and hidden sections, *all* in the
same file? And even *that* monstrosity wouldn't cover all the features
of OpenDocument!

That is much more true in ODF, since the format has so many more
features than HTML. I'm not sure it's even possible to make an ODF
document that has all the features that the spec allows.

Heck, I've written short PHP scripts that produce fully valid ODF
documents.
