IIRC the problem with the CC licence was the one of attribution, and with
the FSF licences obviously one of using the work in commercial packages.

The text currently used was based on the Tux Penguin drawing licence
http://www.isc.tamu.edu/~lewing/linux/
for which the desired usage is much the same as the icons, with a couple of
additions by Daniel.
