There was a long talk about trademarking and licensing. And I believe that the 
general level of legal expertise was lacking in those threads.

You currently have something that doesn't even look like a license, so better 
replace it with the proper CC license (use the wizard I pointed to) and in 
requests like the one you made to apache, be sure to make clear that 
licensing issues are open for discussion. So if someone requires GPL then you 
can re-license.
Though I'm convinced that mature open source projects will not ask for such a 
thing.
