Pam, Groklaw is down so I don't know whether you have posted this to
News Picks. It's huge, a knife in Microsoft's gut, a ratification of
OpenDocument by the Chinese government. Apparently the Chinese would
prefer to rely on OASIS rather than on Ecma and Microsoft. :-)
