[odf-discuss] Major admission in the SCO case by former CEO of SCO.

This is an incredibly damaging declaration by the former CEO of SCO. He
basically admits that some of SCO's biggest claims are bogus. His statement
is part of a motion for summary judgment, which is a name for a mini-trial
on the documents. It is IBM's way of saying that there is no need for a
full-blown trial, because there is no triable issue of fact. In plain
English that means that the facts are not in dispute and the law is clear,
so why not just end this charade now?

If you are a member of Digg.com, it would be nice if we could digg this and
get it onto the front page of Digg.com. Thanks either way.
