Digital Tipping Point, I would suggest that you watch this 4:57 minute snip
on the front page of the DTP home page to see what Jack Messman thinks of
Microsoft and the desktop.

He basically says that he doesn't see how Microsoft can compete with the
community. Novell aims to MS's lunch. The mere fact that Jack is no longer
formally involved with Novell doesn't change anything, IMHO. The basic
competition is still there. Let's not forget, it was MS that forced Novell
to sell off Word Perfect, and I think that despite the changes at the top
since that time, Novell will never forget what they lost, and they are hot
and bothered about getting a share of the desktop, and they are betting the

By the way, this is just a proof-of-concept to show that we are making some
