I don't see why we need a V at all. I say lose the V and lose the !
sign. Put the ODF logo on its own with "Get the viewer" next to it.

You don't see Acrobat Reader having a special logo just for that
application.

Adding a V also makes the viewer much less international. Suddenly you
are adding an European alphabet character related to the product name in
English. Whereas the base ODF logo can be seen as just a symbol.

I also say, remove "NOW!". Make the other words a bit bigger, but don't
be afraid of white space.

Finally, I'm not sure orange goes with blue.
