Hi all,

Matthew made an update that fixes the only problem reported with the
Windows installer (that the title wrapped to the next line).

As an aside, I also copied all the installers to the Friends of
OpenDocument server. As I said earlier, I'm happy with that solution. I
doubt we'll need more than that in the near future.
