As long as you tell people that it's beta, I see no problem with
publicity now. Unless you see any drawback to publicizing a beta (I
don't).

Yeah... I hadn't thought of it.

I think we should link to it now. I just changed the links on the
website to point directly to Google. So we will not be serving the files
directly and have nothing to fear of publicity.

OOo/KOffice forums?  Not because the users there necessarily want a
viewer, but most of them will be sending files to MS Office users and my
want to use their native file format.
