It looks like some sort of private enterprise that sells software
services, not like an issue tracker.

They sort of rub me the wrong way:

"inspired by open source... We are also inspired by Web 2.0. This means
we release early and release often,..."

Web 2.0 doesn't mean anything, and if it did, it wouldn't mean "release
early and release often", that's more "open source" than anything else.

I think I'll strangle the next person who says "Web 2.0"...
