local installation under a proprietary license.(costs bucks). Apps
include word processor, spreadsheet, and presentations. Supports ODF
and Microsoft binaries (probably a running instance of OOo on the
server involved). Integrates with several different popular blogging
apps. Includes search engine and supports versioning of documents.

According to the news article linked above, rumors are flying that a
Google acquisition is being negotiated.
