How weird.. I'm pretty sure that there isn't some major XML story or
anything pointing at the website, and usually bandwidth is metered
per-month - we're only 10 days in!

I just wonder if someone has intentionally killed the website -
sometimes conferences shut them down very quickly :(  Annoying, to say
the least, but I'm not even sure if they publish slides, and Sam's
website didn't mention any.
