[odf-discuss] OpenDocument Foundation's MSO plug-in

If I recall correctly (short and slow memory), the OpenDocument Foundation 
has been testing a plug-in it has written for legacy office suites.

Is that plug-in available for testing by the general populace?
If so, what is the URL ?  I couldn't find explicit mention of it on the 
Foundation's web site.
