thanks for fixing the metadata.

There are some modules which *might* be relevant for more fine tuning:

  http://drupal.org/project/relationship
  http://drupal.org/project/taxonomy_access
  http://drupal.org/project/taxonomy_browser
  http://drupal.org/project/taxonomy_defaults

or some of the other 'taxonomy' modules.  Just a guess as I'm really 
unfamiliar with the inner workings of drupal.
They would probably need to be tweaked to show the leaf(?) nodes of each 
tree in the document head in the form we use:
   <meta name="DC.Subject" content="OpenDocument Format" />

That could be instead of or parallel to having the nodes visible in the 
page for browsing purposes.
