[odf-devel] Issues with the new odftools

I was thinking of just using regular Makefiles for this. Currently
odfread, validator and odf2html all have a Makefile with an install
target. We could also have a top-level Makefile with an install target
that steps through each directory, runs make install.
What do you think?
